STRESS DETECTIVE™
Help students become
Stress Detectives.
Practical, age-appropriate stress education that helps elementary students recognize what's happening, understand why, and build real-world tools to respond.
Psychology-informed. Practical. Age-appropriate.

THE CHALLENGE
Children experience stress earlier than we often realise.
School, friendships, expectations, changes at home and a busy world can all contribute to stress-often before children have the language to understand what's happening in their minds and bodies.
When children can recognise stress and learn how to respond, they build skills that support their wellbeing now and in the future.
